Residence Oasis is a private housing development built on the reclaimed land in Hang Hau, Tseung Kwan O, New Territories, Hong Kong. The Residence Oasis was jointly developed by MTR Corporation, Sino Land and Kerry Properties in 2005. The residential club house at the podium that consist of Indoor swimming pool and outdoor swimming pool were both waterproof by Cementaid Everdure Caltite System for long term maintenance free and durable solution.
