One Bay East is a twin tower grade A office buildings situated at the waterfront of Kowloon East in Kowloon Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong. This Commercial building development was developed by Wheelock Properties who specified and used Cementaid Everdure Caltite Waterproofing System to waterproof its lowest basement slab and the podium exposed floor slab to prevent water ingress to the inner side of the building and corrosion proof purposed.
