Phase 3C of the Science Park development, covers the construction of two research and development offices and laboratory-enabled buildings both with a basement, and an exhibition hall. Other works include the external and landscaping work and a linkbridge to connect buildings. The project has been meeting the stringent Hong Kong Building Environmental Assessment Method (HKBEAM) Plus Platinum standard. For long-term protection against underground water and as an environmental friendly waterproofing solution, Caltite system has been specified for use in basement slab and sump pit.
