Rivergate Condo

This condo is built right on the Singapore river and located at the upbeat area in down town Singapore. When Shimizu was awarded to build the project, they realized that a single basement with big raft slab needed not to use a very high end waterproofer. Finally they adopted Cementaid proposal to use Aquapel as a low cost solution to achieve a dry, basement carpark.
