SPECIFICATIONS

All concrete shall contain Cementaid SUPERPLASTET F used in strict accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. If concrete is site mixed, batch numbers of SUPERPLASTET F containers and rate of addition shall be recorded. Premixed concrete shall record the rate of SUPERPLASTET F addition on all dockets.

DOSAGE:

For high strength, water reduced concrete, SUPERPLASTET F is used at a rate of 0.8 and 1.5 litres per 100kg of cement for high strength, flowing and low heat concrete.
If only flowing concrete is required without water reduction, a dosage of 0.3-0.5 litres per 100kg will be sufficient.

OVERDOSING AND REDOSING:

Accidental overdoses do not harm the concrete strength. SUPERPLASTET F can be redosed several times to maintain to workable slump in the event of excessive delays without any detrimental effects.
